In this Together, but for how Long?

The way we have seen people rise to the challenge, amp up communication, take on a sense of urgency, solve problems, and create a culture that is agile and empathetic is truly inspiring. It's the stuff that defines being "In this Together".  The question is, where does this all go once the crisis has subsided?
