Frequency Update

Hello everyone, This is a quick update to let you all know that I will be moving the podcast to monthly instead of every two weeks.  Sadly my day job now involves more commuting and I don't feel I can truly do the stories, the food history or the folklore enough justice in the time I now have to research and put everything together.  All the feedback I've had tells me that you'd rather have quality than quantity.   Please don't think that this means that the podcast is disappearing, I have some great surprises, some wonderful stories and some even better food lined up for you. My next episode will be released on 5 April and I think you'll really enjoy it.
