Aart De Geus, CEO of Bertelsmann Stiftung is the our great guest on this episode. He was born 1955 in the Netherlands where he studied law and had worked as a lawyer before he served as the minister of social affairs and employment in the dutch government for five years. From 2007 TO 2011 he served as deputy secretary-general of the OECD. Since 2012 he has been chairman and CEO of the Bertelsmann Stiftung which has been doing a lot of very interesting research on future of work topics recently. We are talking about his outlook on the future of work and how organizations, the educational system and people´s mindsets may have to change to be ready for it. This podcast is hosted by Lars Gaede. He is a journalist, consultant and conference-maker and one of the co-founders of www.workawesome.org, a company that is creating events on the future of work and immersive learning experiences for organizations.
