Episode 26: Operation Millennium

For the first time in the war, more than 1,000 bombers took part on a single raid. On the night of May 30th 1942, "Operation Millennium" commenced, and the Royal Air Force dropped almost 1,500 tons of bombs on the city of Cologne.
