The San Francisco meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and his US counterpart Joe Biden has concluded. At the meeting’s opening, Xi said the China-US relationship has never been smooth sailing over the past 50 years, yet it has kept moving forward with twists and turns. How can the relationship develop in a way that not only benefits the two countries but also fulfills a global responsibility?
