She graduated from St. John's University and obtained a Master's Degree from North Texas State. Suzi began her career as a financial analyst for the US Government and subsequently for Grumman Corporation. During this time, she became a Certified Financial Planner. Suzi did not begin to play golf until the age of 29 years when she took her first golf lesson. "I enjoyed it immensely".
