We Don't Need Valentines Day

Yes, I understand the title throws some people off.  Valentines Day in my opinion is the most oversold, not needed holiday on the calendar.  Sure, it works out if you sell candy, flowers, and lavish hotel rooms.  For that, yes companies need the money, but people shouldn't need the day.  If you need one special day a year to show that you love someone, something is very wrong.  It should be done everyday.  If you have to spend money to show someone you love them, something is wrong.   Love should be shown all the time, not on the day society chooses to commercialize it.   --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/david-allen98/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/david-allen98/support
