In this conversation we talk with Laura Penhaul around the transcontinental Race Across America 3000-mile race, making it longer and more gruelling than the tour de France and one of the toughest bike races in the world. Laura Penhaul is passionate about helping teams or individuals to perform at their best and she draws on her extensive experience, both personally and professionally, in high performance sport and expedition. Laura was the Team Leader of the Coxless Crew who set 2 World Records in January 2016. They rowed unsupported across the Pacific. 9,000 miles, taking 9 months to complete and 4 years to prepare for. Laura previously was Lead Physiotherapist for the Paralympic Programme of British Athletics and worked at Vancouver, London and Rio Paralympic Games.
