Upper Hutt Mayor due to meet Minister over water "miscommunication"

Miscommunication's being blamed after the new Local Government Minister issued a 'please explain' over Wellington's water woes. Simeon Brown publicly criticised the Wellington City and Upper Hutt Mayors after he hadn't received answers to questions lodged via Wellington Water before Christmas. But, Tory Whanau and Wayne Guppy have both hit back, saying it wasn't clear how much documentation was required. Guppy joined Nick Mills on Wellington Mornings.
