Tory Whanau won't commit to alternative Three Waters plan

Wellington Mayor Tory Whanau is standing strong in her support of Three Waters. Auckland Mayor Wayne Brown and Christchurch Mayor Phil Mauger have teamed up to propose an alternative to the Governments three waters proposal to ensure water ownership stays the hands of local councils rather than being centrally owned. Whanau says three waters needs some altering, but it will ultimately help Wellington move on from its water woes. Tory Whanau says the alternative proposals wouldn't work for our city.
