Tim Brown responds to Wellington's new committee appointments

The Greens and Labour have taken out Wellington's top spots, chairing all three City Council Committees. Mayor Tory Whanau says she selected the candidates on the basis of trust and experience, but City Councillor Tim Brown says otherwise. He says some really experienced councillors such as Diane Calvert and Iona Pannett missed out. Tim Brown says he'd like to see some independents selected to chair the committees, and says there's not a lot of inclusiveness in the Mayor's appointments.
