New Wellington bar may never see the light of day if liquor license overturned

A Wellington bar owner is slamming Council, Police, and Te Whatu Ora for cracking down on fun. The El Barrio and Vinyl Bar owner's attempt to open up a new spot on Courtenay Place, is being thwarted by the three agencies. The new bar is nearly fully fitted-out, and almost ready to open.
