As a mom with three young kids, I look forward to lazy summer days that are a little less structured than the rest of the year. And along with that, I plan on doing a bit of a summer reset. Not just a nutritional reset but a whole body and soul reset. Including mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.   In this episode, I want to share with you a list of things I plan on doing to slow down and be more present with myself and my family this summer.   Want to do a reset along with me?
