Heather Sumlin is the Director of Performance Programs, and is a master level instructor with Mental Management. She specializes in self image training, goal setting and interview preparation. Her clients have received top level recognition in their respective sports and industries. Heather supports her clients with an upbeat and motivating manner. She works to bring out the best in each of her clients! Today she joined us to give advice to woman, and moms in particular, about how to boost our confidence and improve the way we see ourselves. Heather shared great wisdom about how we can better navigate these tough times in our country, especially as many parents are currently facing major changes with their children’s schooling. She spoke about improving our moods, how trading frustration for joy builds energy, how to stop worrying about things outside of our control, and how to use directive affirmation to develop new habits and mindset. We discussed how to navigate the negativity of social media these days, and she gave us guidance about how to own our decisions as parents.  Heather’s words are gentle and full of grace, yet motivating and promote positive change. We are so grateful to have learned from her!  Heather’s Instagram: @heathersumlin  Heather’s Email: [email protected]  Mental Management Systems: https://mentalmanagement.com/ Mental Management Store: https://www.mentalmanagementstore.com/ “Parenting Champions” Lanny Bassham “With Winning in Mind” Lanny Bassham “Freedom Flight: The Origins of Mental Power” Lanny Bassham “The 13 Biggest Mistakes Parents Make and How to Avoid Them”  Steven Anderson
