Craig Hughes: Owner of Body by Craig; Health and Fitness Coach to Miss USA Contestants, Models, Athletes; Nutrition and Exercise to Regulate Insulin

Craig Hughes is a Harvard graduate who left his life on Wall Street after going through a radical journey to improve his own health. Following his life change, he became a private health and fitness coach who takes a whole-body approach to exercise and nutrition. His journey included traveling the world, meeting people like Michael Jackson, and discovering other avenues to health. He now trains Miss USA contestants, Sports Illustrated models, athletes, and others interested in higher performance. As a coach, his job is to develop people individually.  “The body needs to be trained and nurtured as a whole system.” His nutrition plan focuses on keeping insulin levels regulated, and he describes why doing straight cardio doesn’t work, and what he recommends instead. Craig’s methods require a high level of commitment, and are not meant for every single woman. Ashley has been training with him since February, and she has learned from him, so we wanted to share his perspective with our listeners!  Craig’s Website: https://www.bodybycraignodoubt.com/ Instagram: @bodybycraig  Email: [email protected]   Today’s episode is brought to you by Zulu Athletic water bottles for kids!
