quickly checking for updates in the app store using iOs 13 and voiceover

Following is a bit of a short demo on how to bring up the contextual menu using voiceover. This applies not only to the app store, but to the whole OS itself. I'm using iOs 13.3 but this should work on 13.2 as well.
