Justin began formulating Fiber Light out of waste wood fiber from a local wood mil. During the first year Justin focused on confirmation from the market to find out if Fiber Light worked as good as Justin thought it did. After selling 36,000 tins of Fiber light in the first year Justin began expanding the product line to include ferro rods, kits, pouches, and more. The second year he set out on a national trade show tour to get in front of the outdoor market and meet his customers.
