Out, proud and included

This episode is about LGBTIQ+ relationships. This means lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer relationships.  In this episode Cameron talks about his experiences as a gay man with an intellectual disability. He tells the story of coming out to his mum, of gaining acceptance with his partner’s family, and of accessing LGBTIQ+ social spaces. He also discusses some of the challenges for people with intellectual disability to be seen as sexual beings and says how important this is.
