They mutually agree that the safe option is to show up empty-handed, especially if you're not dating. Of course, they have another movie review for you. This week they review redeeming love. They had no idea what they were getting themselves into, but they have to say 10/10.  Getting into the meat of the episode, the girls give you the code to instantly find out someone's intentions. If their words and actions don't match, RUN! The biggest red flag is big talk. They move on to talk about their green flags and what you should look for in the early stages of a relationship.  Finally, Riv and Elle chat about dating as an over thinker and the challenges that may arise. If you need consistent reassurance in your relationships, there is no shame in asking for it.
