Dr. Gena Gorlin, Ph.D., is a professor of clinical psychology in the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University, and a licensed clinical psychologist with a private practice in Manhattan. Her research on cognitive and motivational factors in emotional disorders has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals. More recently she has become interested in the role that moral values play in psychotherapy and in motivating - or blocking - psychological growth and change more generally.
