Parliament & Me 2017: Maria Lee

It features Prof Maria Lee from the Faculty of Laws, co-director of the Centre for Law and the Environment, and a member of the Centre for Ethics and Law and Centre for Law and Governance in Europe. She was a member of the Lancet/UCL Commission on climate change and health, which reported in 2009. She’s given evidence to several select committees and has been a special adviser to a House of Lords committee. It's particularly interesting as she speaks about how Brexit is affecting the evidence she's giving and how she has to keep repeating key points about Brexit; she also speaks about the "fragility of expertise".
