Medieval languages of persuasion (13 March 2014)

Lunch Hour Lectures - Spring 2014 Dr Antonio Sennis, UCL History Divine letters, supernatural visions and apocalyptic curses were often successfully employed by medieval clerics to persuade their counterparts to do what they wanted them to do.
