Major R.D. Bhargava is an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi and the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. During an illustrious career of over 21 years in the Indian Army (The Regiment of Artillery), he held various positions including the position of “Deputy Director” in the NCC Directorate, Karnataka & Goa. An HR Leader and a learning Facilitator, he is a qualified Interpreter of the Chinese language. A keen enthusiast in Adventure Activities, he has the distinction of leading two expeditions in the Western Himalayas in 1988 & 1989. Has over 22 years work experience in the private sector enterprise in the Manufacturing Industry, Engineering Design & Consultancy, IT Industry, Organized Retailing sector, Construction Industry and Management Education in various leadership roles. He served as the Campus Director & Head of Academics at ISBR Business School in Bangalore. He is a popular mentor and a resource person for corporate training programs. Associated with several well-known business schools in Bangalore as an Adviser and a Member of Governing Council.
