71: Forgiving Yourself. Turning ”I Should Have Known Better” to ”Now I Know Better”

It's very easy to beat yourself up/judge yourself for things that have happened in your past. As someone who has difficulty letting go of past mistakes, this episode is a gentle reminder to me and you to not hold the past over your head. It's not fair to blame yourself for things that have happened to you or things that you've done. Instead of shaming yourself by saying "I should have known better" congratulate your growth and say "now I know better."   This episode is sponsored by BetterHelp - Give online therapy a try: get 10% off your first month ♡MY SOCIALS♡ Instagram: personal, podcast TikTok: personal, podcast Youtube Revolve, Amazon Storefront + more: LTX TNTC COMMUNITY GROUPCHAT: https://app.geneva.com/invite/4939298b-477b-4d4b-a32a-0b82431273bf If you want to ask me questions, need advice or have any episode ideas, submit here: TNTC Community Google Form Business Inquiries: [email protected]

Om Podcasten

I’ve always been vocal about my emotions and my thoughts but I never felt like I was being heard. I’ve been told way too many times, “You are so sensitive” or “You’re too much.” Trying Not to Care is my not-so-personal diary where I share anything and everything. I share my thoughts and experiences with friendship breakups, bad relationships, navigating my 20s, quitting my job, following my dreams and more.
