Special Report: Coronavirus Precautions & Open Houses 🏘

Over the last few days, the local community message boards and real estate groups I belong to have been fired up with concerns about how the Coronavirus issues will affect the way people visit open houses. First of all, in times like this, panic isn’t the way to handle it. Being cautious and safe about how you choose to buy and sell real estate has always been in style. In fact, I stopped doing traditional open houses many years ago for other reasons. Letting complete strangers that have not been qualified or ID checked into the home or condo you own has never made sense to me. How many of you let strangers wander into your home for any reason? None I would think.
