Episode 86: The importance of Relationships in real estate

Good morning! I wanted to do this one as its a big part of my Buyer and Seller Bootcamp courses in 2019. The road to success starts LONG before you ever put an offer on a property or the sign goes in the lawn. The importance of a strong trusting relationship is way bigger than any 6 or 7 figure transaction. If you leave $1000 on your kitchen table and you leave the house, are you able to trust that person to not steal it? That is a big part of this process.
