Episode 44: How Do I Stop Feeling Like the Narcissist's Behavior Was My Fault?
Thrive After Abuse - Ein Podcast von Dana Morningstar

It is common to blame ourselves when something doesn't work out in life--especially if we are being continually told that we are the problem. However, a "relationship" (manipulationship) with a narcissist is like a trip to bizarre upside down world where nothing is like it seems. Educating yourself about what manipulative and abusive behavior looks like in motion is a big step (and the fastest way) to clear the fog of confusion and help you move forward into healing.
