Good Debt vs Bad Debt

Debt is the use of borrowed capital to fund something. Debt is seen in a negative light by many people, especially in the media. However, debt is not inherently bad. It is the use of debt isn't inherently good or bad. It all depends on the nature of debt and how it is used. So, what constitutes good debt and bad debt? We'll look at both kinds below, starting with the bad debt.
