As a grad student, she worked closely with Bruce Pennington and co-authored many chapters in the second edition of his book (Diagnosing Learning Disorders, Second Edition), and she’s now an official co-author on the third edition coming out in January 2019. About Dr. Robin Peterson Dr. Peterson is a pediatric neuropsychologist whose primary research interests center around dyslexia and related disorders. She also has research interests in the areas of traumatic brain injury and spina bifida. Dr. Peterson has trained through the Colorado Learning Disorders Resource Center since 2004. She is board certified in clinical neuropsychology and is assistant clinical professor at Children’s Hospital Colorado/University of Colorado School of Medicine, where she evaluates and treats children with a range of brain-based disorders. She also participates in mentorship of graduate students, predoctoral interns, and postdoctoral fellows.
