About Dr. Karen Postal Dr. Karen Postal is board certified in neuropsychology and pediatric neuropsychology. She is a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical school where she teaches postdoctoral fellows in neuropsychology. She is the president of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology. Dr. Postal has a lifespan private practice dedicated to helping people think better in school, at work, and throughout later life. She frequently works with students from elementary school through college to overcome barriers to academic success. She also has an expertise in working with traumatic brain injury. Dr. Postal is the author of the Oxford University Press book, Feedback that Sticks: The Art of Effectively Communicating Neuropsychological Assessment Results.
