About Dr. Joseph Graybill Joseph Graybill, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist. After completing his Master’s degree at Columbia University and Ph.D. at Fordham University, Dr. Graybill worked as a school psychologist in a New Jersey public school and in private practice. Currently, he is the psychologist at the Anglo-American school in Moscow and maintains a Teletherapy practice.
