- Charge your phone overnight in another room (get an alarm clock!)
- Mute, unfollow, unfriend, block…
- Recognise accounts that cause you stress.
- Select people to follow carefully.
- Think about what you share and when to comment.
- Take a break.
- Take apps off your phone - temporarily or permanently.
- Schedule social media time.
- Create a cut-off time.
- Phone your friends.
- Stop comparing - remember social media is a snapshot.
- Post later.
- Use blocking tools.
