45. Interview with Milla - yacht stewardess and the person behind Yachting Finland

In January 2022 Milla Repo from Helsinki in Finland took an online introduction course with Yachting Sweden, hoping to change work from being an air hostess to start working as a yacht stewardess. It didn't take long for Milla to find her first job onboard a 48 m private/charter motoryacht where she spent a busy summer season. Later in the same year lots of Finnish people started reaching out to Milla asking about her experiences and how she got her first job in the industry, which came to be the start of Yachting Finland. Today Milla is helping Finnish participants getting their own first jobs in the yachting industry while being on her way back to the industry herself, going back to the boats this summer.
