February is usually my lounge music recap of the previous year, which tends to be smoother rn'b/soul/nudisco/retro re-edit vibes that I would play at lounge gigs (going back to my days @ dBar). That's still coming in March, but this year I felt I needed to create a new recap, this 1 being all the amazing flips/blends/reworks/re-edits & general funkiness from Bandcamp/Soundcloud/Patreon etc. There's still a few official releases in here, but for the most part it's creative new visions of classic hip hop vibes, original sample sources or 90's hip hop influenced lo-fi...even a few jungle & afro-latin reworks!
