Over the years working with clients and athletes one on one, I have dealt with the question "how do I add muscle while on the Paleo Diet" numerous times. A listener of the show recently sent me this exact same question for the Ask Gary Anything segments, and I realized I hadn't addressed this ever in The Simple Life with Gary Collins Podcast.
