Ep 102: Why Living by The 10 Commandments isn’t a Bad Thing

So I decided to mix it up a bit... you know me never going to do the same old, same old. A podcast I have been listening to got me thinking more about The Commandments and their meaning. I have often said, no matter what your religious beliefs are, living by the philosophy of The 10 Commandments wouldn't be such a bad thing. So today, I dig into each of The 10 Commandments and tell you what I think are the lessons contained in each one. Topics Discussed: * I dig into my religious philosophy a bit… not preachy I promise * Why I decided that reviewing The 10 Commandments would be a good idea * Why even if you are not religious following The Commandments is not a bad idea * I go through each Commandment and give my opinion on what I think they mean (I could be totally wrong) * How we have lost our way in not having a basic set of moral rules to live by * Why being a good person is much easier than being a bad person * And many more random “Gary” thoughts Episode Resources: * The Simple Life Website: https://www.thesimplelifenow.com *Make sure to signup and be a member of The Simple Life Insider's Circle at: https://www.thesimplelifenow.com/the-simple-life/
