We talk about how her first job led to her understanding different types of insights. We talk about how she shares that people are different, and black people are a diverse group of people. We talk about understanding that differences exist, and that that is not just to help marketing, but also to help people become better at being friends. We talk equality, and how being proud to be black is not anti-white.
