Here are some resources that I know of: In the Rooms is an online recovery community with a forum and a variety of online recovery meetings. I have participated in the Al-Anon meeting a few times. You can join from your computer with video or audio, according to your preference. The official Al-Anon website has listings of phone meetings and online meetings. This is not the talk that Tom W gave at the convention, but you might identify or at least chuckle if you listen to it.
