CALM is one of the many organisations that are there for you. You can talk to them from 5pm to midnight every day on 0800 58 58 58. Their professional helpline workers are there for you to talk to and help finds ways in which you can move forwards. Everything is confidential from their helpline to webchats. It’s all free as well.
