Cassia Tierney Clarke is an incredibly inspirational woman. By age 20 she was obese, binge drinking and lacking direction in her life. After finding movement, running and health and fitness, lost 110lbs on her obesity journey and quit drinking. She now runs her own successful podcast and owns a coaching community where she inspires and coaches people to make their own transformations.
