Who knew you could work with people you actually LIKE?! 😳🤦‍♀️🤣❤️💋 Confessions of the old me! The Coffee Run LIVE Ep355 PLUS! C O N T E N T Challenge starts Monday! JOIN HERE: www.nicolajmoras.com/challenge I know it's perhaps a little 'selfish' and certainly not talked about in most circles... Most of us have believed someone who told us at some point or another that we can and should help those who need it. That we have, in fact, got a responsibility to work and help those who come to us asking for it. Well. No. No you don't. First and foremost you have to come to terms with the fact that YOU CAN be freaking 'selfish' about WHO you want to work with. Let's talk about being selfish for a second.... actually... let's reframe that. BEING SELFISH ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT IS YOUR DIVINE RIGHT. And it's even necessary. The 2010 version of Nicola Moras was someone who was wanting (and willing) to pretty much help anyone who needed it. These days, however, I will ONLY work with people I LIKE. I only do deep work with people I would hang out with, go on holiday with, be friends with and let hang out with my family. No, I don't necessarily DO these things with them, but if I wanted to, I would. Take the Rebel Squad crew for instance. We are living on a houseboat for 5 whole days, creating and making magic! But there are also down times where we get to hang out and generally hang out as friends. Yes, of course, the conversation inadvertently turns towards work every now and again, because #entrepreneurlife and we are all passionate about what we do and who we do it with and for... but we all LIKE each other! IT'S YOUR DIVINE RIGHT TO LIKE THOSE WHO YOU WORK WITH I talked about this exact topic on The Coffee Run this morning (ep355) where I talked you through the FOUR steps to helping you create this in YOUR business. Additionally, I also talked about how this can also play out in your personal life :) CATCH THE REPLAY
