A Natural & Wonderful Hospital Birth
Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Catherine. Catherine is a mama of one from the US. She believes that a HUGE reason she was able to have a completely unmedicated, wonderful hospital birth was because throughout her pregnancy she was empowered by listening to the stories of so many amazing, strong women on the natural birth podcast! So she came on to give back! And what a story she has! She had originally planned a home birth but at 36 weeks had to switch to OB care due to rising blood pressure. Something I have many clients coming to me to share and heal during our birth trauma healing sessions. Luckily enough this was not Catherine’s story. She was TERRIFIED to birth in the hospital however and felt like all she’d heard were horror stories.
