10. Motherhood Reflections

Do take time for yourself and own needs to do activities you love and enjoy on a regular basis eg weekly or monthly for example  2. Do ask for help or accept help when given by reliable/safe people  3. Do focus on your personal goals and what you want to achieve for yourself as a woman.  4. Every season of motherhood has its own challenges that you have to navigate.  5.
