Steven Pfeil was born on June 7th, 1976. He is the middle child of his parents, Gayle and Roger Pfeil. Gayle and Roger had a son older than Steven, Roger Jr, and a younger daughter. The family lived in the upscale suburb of Chicago known as Palos Park. Steven lived a privileged life, but from an early age he demonstrated concerning behaviors.
