Establish meeting frequencies, such as weekly 1:1s or team meetings, and clarify their intentions and required preparation. 4️⃣ Conversations with Customers: Enable your team members to speak with satisfied customers to gain insights into their experiences, results, and recommendations. These conversations provide valuable information for effective marketing and help team members understand the customer perspective. 5️⃣ Training on the Company Brand: Equip your team members with templates, outlines, and guidelines that reflect your brand's tone of voice, vocabulary, and personality.
