The college is one of the largest employers in its region with a turnover of circa £50m.A former student of Gower College Swansea, Paul went on to undertake senior management roles within the education and legal sectors, which saw him operate across the UK and China, prior to him returning to the college as a Director in 2017.Paul has responsibility for the development of Gower College Swansea's business training arm.
