In each episode our host, Nick Corrigan asks his guests about their responses to the COVID crisis and what can be done to future proof businesses, making them more responsible and equipped to deal with challenges, great and small. Build back better... Our GuestKerry McNally spent over 10 years at Deutsche Bank in the UK developing and overseeing community investment and volunteer partnerships across a range of areas including education, community development, social finance and the arts.Prior to Deutsche Bank, Kerry spent three years managing leadership development programs at Common Purpose, a global not-for-profit education and leadership development organization. At the beginning of 2020, Kerry joined Fitch Group (comprising Fitch Ratings, Fitch Solutions and Fitch Learning) to set up their Global CSR programme initially focusing on employee volunteering and engagement.On a personal note, Kerry is an adventurer at heart. She has spent time undertaking personal challenges ranging from skydiving to mountain climbing as well as living and volunteering abroad.
