Faster at Fifty with Sascha Edge.

This is Sascha Edge, one of the most inspiring athletes you’ll ever meet. At the age of 43, Sascha took up running and completed his first ever marathon in 3 hours and 58 minutes. Then, he got faster every single year until setting his current personal best time of 2 hours and 47 minutes at 54 years old!   Sascha’s run 10 consecutive Chicago Marathons, setting a Personal Best in each race (yes, he got faster every year!), he’s won countless age group titles, competed in the World Marathon Majors Age Group World Championship, and is a World Marathon Major Six Star Finisher.   In this week's episode, we talk about all of that.
