Everyone has a different definition of value, some believe it has something to do with the market, or the economy, and if any of you have your own definition be sure to let me know! The truth is; Value is whatever someone is willing to pay for. A good example is how sometimes when people try and sell a used car they won’t list a price. Why is that? It’s because they know that any buyer is going to have their own price they’re willing to pay, and whatever price the buyer and seller agree on is EXACTLY what the value of that car is.  But with that then resides a conversation of what is non-value? And for that you’ll just need to listen to today's podcast! In today's shop talk episode I go in depth on what you should value within your business, and what creates non-value and how to orient your time and energy around that. In this episode we discuss: The definition of value What is non-value?
