Shop Talk: Time .. Lets Think About This

Today we take a break from our foundations series, and take a look at a Shop Talk segment I did last week about time, regarding how we look and think about time. In today's podcast I talk about something that a lot of people don’t consider, but was something that was a true lightbulb moment for me, and it has to do with time, something we spend a long time agonizing over. But something I pose is; how much time do you spend agonizing over time? Is it worth it? This is something you need to ask yourself as a business owner, as well as the question of what are you actually buying from your employees? This podcast will provoke some interesting thoughts on how we consider what we are actually buying from our employees.
